Son of an high ranking officer of the Irish Defence Forces, Liam was forced to grow up fast. "Though love" they call it, but he was actually treated more like a soldier rather than a child since a very young age. Nothing was lacking in his life, except the genuine warmth one might expect from their own family. Growing up, he was pushed to follow his father's footsteps and Liam didn't mind at all.

He focused completely on becoming the perfect soldier as he enlisted in the Irish Defence Forces, soon earning his place in the Army Ranger Wing as a sniper and gaining his callsign "Lynx". Just as the wild feline, he likes to work alone, lying in wait for his target, and he's notorious for being just as stand-offish even outside the battlefield.

Being the best soldier he could be comes easier to him than anything else, including being able to bond significantly with anyone he'd met. Since he joined KorTac, things might be bound to change.
